I acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nation, who are the Traditional Custodians of this land and where my practice is based.
I would like to pay respect to the Elders of the past, present and future of the Kulin Nation and extend that respect to all First Nations people, especially to the Whadjuk people of Noongar country, whose land I spent my younger years.
I acknowledge First Nations peoples’ ways of knowing, which inspire the ways we live, collaborate, and create on this land.
I acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded. Always was, Always will be. Aboriginal Land.
